General FAQs

How do I choose a charger suitable for my country when placing an order? ONEXPLAYER will match the plug adapter based on your country. Contact support@onexplayerstore.com for custom adapter requests.
Will the OneXConsole feature be updated? Yes, OneXConsole will continue to be updated.
What type of warranty or customer support is provided? 7-day return policy for quality issues with free refunds or exchanges. One-year warranty covering repairs and shipping costs for non-human damage.
How do I contact technical support? Email support@onexplayerstore.com.
Why do the joystick/mouse move by themselves? The device has automatic joystick calibration. Movement is usually caused by shortcut key conflicts from installed software. Contact support for the corresponding driver fix.
How do I restore the system? System restoration wipes all data. Steps: 1. Press Power for 1.5s, then hold Home + click Volume+. 2. Select UEFI OS. 3. Select System Recovery. *Requires 60%+ battery or plugged in.*
Why does the mouse cursor jump? Ensure screen is not covered by tempered glass protector, which may impact the joystick.
How do I turn off joystick vibration? Press back key + left joystick, then press right trigger to toggle vibration.
Why am I not able to charge? Use original charger and cable. Each ONEXPLAYER model has specially debugged charging.

Why is FPS low? Adjust screen resolution to 1280x800 for demanding games to improve FPS.
