Why do the joystick/mouse move by themselves?
The device has automatic joystick calibration. Movement is usually caused by shortcut key conflicts from installed software. Contact support for the corresponding driver fix.
How do I restore the system?
System restoration wipes all data. Steps:
1. Press Power for 1.5s, then hold Home + click Volume+.
2. Select UEFI OS.
3. Select System Recovery.
