GPD Pocket 4 (8840U) — BIOS v3.08 + EC v1.11

Current BIOS and EC firmware for the gpd-pocket-4 with 8840U (FP8) APU only. Does not apply to the AI 9 365/370 variants.

Fixed issue where BIOS always displayed 8GB VRAM regardless of modifications.
